UNITED WAY OFFERING EARLY LEARNING GRANT

The United Way of Clallam County is offering a $30,000 one-year grant in the area of early learning.

The grant is part of the organization’s effort to explore how United Way can partner with agencies and other community organizations to better invest in local communities.   

Only one grant is being awarded. 

Those eligible for the grant include:  501(c)3 nonprofit health and human services organizations; schools, government entities or tribal governments; or, part of a community partnership in which a nonprofit has a lead, coordinating role. The organization applying must have been operating in Clallam County with at least a three-year history of experience in the field of early learning.  Priority will be given to new, innovative approaches toward early learning issues and to projects which are collaborations between a number of organizations and individuals.
