  FRIDAY HARBOR...OAK HARBOR...PORT TOWNSEND.

* TIMING...WINDS WILL INCREASE TODAY AND CONTINUE INTO THE
  EVENING THEN TAPER OFF OVERNIGHT.

* WIND...SOUTHEAST WINDS 20 TO 35 MPH WITH POSSIBLE GUSTS 40 TO
  50 MPH.

* IMPACTS...SMALL TREES AND BRANCHES MAY FALL CAUSING LOCAL
  POWER OUTAGES.
