'Top Gear' goes log truckin

When Forks Chamber of Commerce Director Lissy Andros was summoned to city hall by City of Forks Attorney/planner Rod Fleck a number of weeks ago she said, "I thought I was in trouble," but what was really happening was the television show "Top Gear America" was calling wanting to film a segment here in the West End.

Missoula Players Present 'Blackbeard The Pirate

The pirate talk came fast and funny during "Blackbeard The Pirate," a play performed by students of the Clallam Bay School in the school gymnasium, Friday, April 11.The play, presented by the Missoula Children's Theater, featured nearly fifty students on and off stage, from all class ages.

Inaugural Film Festival

FORKS, Wash. – If you plan to volunteer near Forks, Wash., for the annual Washington Coast Clean-up on April 19, 2014, don’t miss the chance to be part of the first ever River & Ocean Film Festival at the Forks High School auditorium, 261 Spartan Ave. Doors open at 6 p.m. and films begin at 7 p.m.
