The following people were fined $100 or more and/or received jail sentences when they appeared in Clallam County District II Court in Forks:

Rachel Spencer was fined $250 and sentenced to 364 days of jail with 362 days suspended for Theft III and was fined $250 and sentenced to 90 days of jail with 89 days suspended for Driving With License Suspended Third Degree.

Thomas Shofner was fined $250 and sentenced to 90 days of jail with 88 days suspended for Criminal Trespass.

Zackery Beck was fined $500 and sentenced to 90 days of jail with 45 days suspended for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and was fined $250 and sentenced to 364 days of jail with 360 days suspended for Violation of Domestic Violence No Contact Order.

Richard Raymond was fined $250 and sentenced to 90 days of jail with 90 days suspended for Driving With License Suspended Third Degree.

Mark Barros was fined $250 and sentenced to 364 days of jail with 359 days suspended for Possession of Stolen Property.

Elmer Preston was fined $250 and sentenced to 364 days of jail with 362 days suspended for Animal Cruelty.

The following people received an Order Modifying Probation Supervision:
