FORKS AREA BURGLARY ARREST

On Dec. 22 Forks Police Officers received a tip that twenty-two-year-old Spencer Lindberg, who is a Forks resident, was in a house located within the 300 block of Bogachiel Way, Forks. Spencer Lindberg was sought by Clallam County Deputies in reference to a burglary and vehicle prowl which he was

suspected of committing on Palmer Road in October of this year.

Clallam County Sheriff’s Deputies went to the residence where Lindberg was believed to be residing. Officers from the Forks Police Department, Washington State Patrol and La Push Wildlife Officers also responded to the residence. Spencer Lindberg was taken into custody by Clallam County Deputies without incident.

Lindberg was booked into the Clallam County Jail on charges of burglary, theft, and trafficking in stolen property. Lindberg was also booked on charges of vehicle prowl and theft stemming from an unrelated vehicle prowl investigation on Wiley Street in Forks during the month of December.

These cases were solved with tips received from the public and follow-up investigations involving the Forks Police Department and the Clallam County Sheriff’s Office. There have been a large number of burglaries and thefts in the Forks area as of late. If anyone has information regarding these thefts and burglaries please contact your local law enforcement.
