Giancarlo Buonpane and Ken Bechtold recently have purchased the former tire shop property at the corner of Forks Avenue and G Street. The nearly three-acre area currently has some existing businesses that will remain and the large shop bays at the back of the property will now be offered for rent for storage for those that need a place for their boat and/or RVs.
