Andrew R. Davila of Forks, age 32, was charged on April 20, 2015 in Clallam County Superior Court in a four count Criminal Investigation with a series of drug crimes including three counts of Delivery of Methamphetamine and one count of Delivery of Heroin. All of the deliveries occurred within 1000 feet of a school bus stop in Forks.

Florena Marie Pisani, age 33, also of Forks, was charged on April 20, 2015 in Clallam County Superior Court with three counts of Delivery of Heroin. All of the deliveries occurred within 1000 feet of a school bus stop in Forks.

Davila and Pisani were arrested without incident at a residence in the 1400 block of Page Road in Forks on April 15, 2015 during a cooperative operation between OPNET, Clallam County Sheriff’s Office, and Forks Police Department. The arrests were made based on probable cause developed by OPNET during an investigation in May, June, and July of 2014.

This Forks operation closely follows a recent similar operation during which Jeremy Brown of Forks was arrested on April 8, 2015, and charged with four counts of Delivery of Oxycodone.
