The Forks Branch Library, 171 S. Forks Ave, will host the Olympic Peninsula Resource Co-Op, a free public event offering community members an opportunity to connect with local resource providers. Drop in between 11:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 2, and learn how to access services such as health care, food assistance and child care. The event will recur on the first Tuesday of each month.
The Olympic Peninsula Resource Co-Op is a wraparound service initiative of Peninsula College in partnership with community-based organizations including the Olympic Peninsula YMCA, Washington State Department of Social and Health Services, Serenity House of Clallam County, Olympic Angels, and United Way of Clallam County.
