If a tree falls in the forest …?

This scene greeted visitors to the Hoh Rain Forest on Monday morning, August 26. Photographer and frequent visitor to the Hoh, Terry Breedlove, captured the moment. Breedlove said that upon further inspection the old spruce had rot near the base and …fell. Luckily nobody was driving by at the time!
