Prosecuting attorneys list inmates to be released

Prosecuting attorneys in Clallam and Jefferson counties have identified the inmates whose convictions occurred in Superior Court in their counties and who have been or will be released from state Department of Corrections facilities.

The release is to discourage the spread of COVID-19 in the state prison system.

The information includes the offense for which they were convicted, if their sentences were commuted or if they are in the rapid-re-entry program and if they have been released as of Wednesday.

The inmates convicted in Clallam County Superior Court include Todd M. Perszyk, possession of a controlled substance; rapid re-entry; Brian J. Arnold, possession of a controlled substance, rapid re-entry; James E. Jones, first-degree unlawful possession of a firearm, rapid re-entry; Diamond D. Mueller, first-degree unlawful possession of a firearm, commutation; Clifford E. Hanning, second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm, sentence commuted, released April 18.

Other inmates convicted in Clallam County include Nicholas J. Mallonee, possession of a controlled substance, sentence commuted, released April 21; Sean V. Della, second-degree burglary, rapid re-entry; Megan T. Deman, second-degree burglary, rapid re-entry; Brian A. Powless, hit-and-run injury, rapid re-entry; James Pedrioli, second-degree taking a motor vehicle without permission, rapid re-entry; Amanda Erlewine, first-degree trafficking in stolen property, sentence commuted, released April 17.

Other inmates convicted in Clallam County include Brandon K. Hall, second-degree burglary, sentence commuted, released April 19; Carl C. Holmes, second-degree burglary, sentence commuted, released April 22; Johnathon M. Laine, possession of a stolen vehicle, sentence commuted, released April 17; January M. Kennedy, possession of a controlled substance, sentence commuted.

The inmates convicted in Jefferson County Superior Court include Daneille M. Barton, second-degree theft, rapid re-entry; Zeb. T. Davick, possession of a stolen vehicle, rapid re-entry; Christopher L. Haltom, possession of a controlled substance, rapid re-entry; Echo K. Paden, trafficking in stolen property, possession of a controlled substance, third-degree possession of stolen property, rapid-re-entry; Justin T. Watts, trafficking in stolen property, second-degree theft, rapid-re-entry.
