A rock scaling process is now underway at the site of a recent rockslide along Highway 101 at Lake Crescent. Here workers on Olympic National Park land are placed up high in a lift on Wednesday, Oct. 24. Last week a rock slide closed the road overnight forcing drivers to detour from Port Angeles to Forks along SR 112 and SR 113, coming out at Highway 101 at the Sappho juncation.
