Woman arrested for bringing drugs into the Clallam Bay Corrections Center

On the morning of May 17 at about 10:30 a.m., Deputies were contacted by Investigators at the Clallam Bay Corrections Center in regards to a woman who had attempted to bring drugs into a visiting area at the prison. Deputies responded to the Clallam Bay Corrections Center which is located at 1830 Eagle Crest Way, Clallam Bay.

Upon arrival, Deputies interviewed 68-year-old Pauline Beal who is a resident of Maple Valley Washington. The suspect had attempted to bring a mixture of approximately 1.38 ounces of Methamphetamine, Heroin, and Suboxone into a visiting area of the prison. Beal had attempted to bring the drugs into the facility for an inmate at the prison.

Pauline Beal was arrested on two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, one count of introduction of a controlled substance into a State Correctional Facility and possession of a legend drug with intent to deliver without prescription. Beal was transported to the Clallam County jail where she was booked into jail on the charges. This successful interdiction was made possible due to the exhaustive efforts of prison investigators working in conjunction with members of the Clallam County Sheriff’s Office.
