Garrett Lyle Dulin

Garrett Lyle Dulin died unexpectedly on September 2, 2023 at the age of 16. Those who knew Garrett, even just a little, lost a shining light in their lives.

Garrett will be missed every day by his Father Jess Dulin, his Mother Renee Reed, his sisters Hadleigh Dulin and Mackenzie Conley (Sean), his brothers Mason Ricks and Tiyler Simmons, his grandparents Toni Willbanks and Dave Soderlind, Dawn Crandall and Bob Swanson, Tom and Jamie Dulin, his loving Aunts and Uncles Amanda and Ethan Thomas, Michelle Reed and Chris Dizick, Jim and Shelli Leons, Wes Dulin and Sandra Lyons, Shannon Breedlove, Cousins, and many, many great friends.

Garrett was born on November 2, 2006, in Forks, WA to Jess and Renee.

Garrett was a young individual with a passion for the outdoors. He took multiple hunting trips to Montana with his dad starting at the age of 10. These trips only intensified his love for hunting, fishing, and the great outdoors.

Garrett started his first job, washing trucks, at the age of 13 in order to help fund these activities as he got older. At the end of his sophomore year, Garrett embarked on a grand adventure of spending seven weeks working through his Summer in Alaska as a fishing guide doing something he loved.

He loved hunting and fishing, and his adventurous spirit was evident in his love for nature. Garrett’s enthusiasm for exploring the great outdoors brought him joy and fulfillment. He also loved being around family and friends.

Garrett was the life of the party and loved to dance and have a good time. Garrett will be remembered for his kind and gentle nature, his love of life, and his generous heart. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

A Celebration of Life is scheduled for 1 p.m., Saturday, September 23, 2023, at the Forks High School Gymnasium, 261 Spartan Ave., Forks, WA. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Garrett’s life.
