We are so lucky to live on the West End. Just this sunny beautiful morning, I called Chinook Pharmacy to inquire about a drug I take daily. Last night, I heard on the news that it was being recalled. I was referred to Chuck, who patiently explained that the recalled brand is not one they use, and he casually mentioned getting a lot of calls. In large cities and chain pharmacies, I probably wouldn’t be speaking to the pharmacist and getting such a clear, comprehensive and reassuring message. We are grateful.
