PUYALLUP — The Forks baseball team remained perfect with a sweep over Chief Leschi on Tuesday, and they did it behind a no-hitter and a perfect game.

The 13-0 Spartans won 14-0 and 19-0. Logan Olson pitched a no-hitter in the 19-0 game called after three innings. He allowed one walk and struck out six.

Not to be outdone, Logan Urvina went five innings in the 14-0 win, allowing no hits, no walks, and no baserunners. He struck out 12 of the 15 batters he faced.

Forks only had five hits in Olson’s no-hitter, but Chief Leschi made nine errors and walked 13 batters. Aiden Salazar and Olson each scored three runs. Landin Davis had two runs scored and two RBIs.

In Urvina’s perfect game, Jack Delgado was 2-for-3 with three runs scored, while Walker Wheeler was 2-for-4 with three runs scored. Kaleb Blanton was 2-for-3 with a run scored and two RBIs, while Delgado was 2-for-3 with a run scored and three RBIs.

The Pacific 2B League champion Spartans will next play Saturday in the District 4 2B tournament.
