Former Forks resident Polly Miller passed away Saturday, July 8, 2017, in Montesano, WA. Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 15 at 2 p.m. at Central Park Neighborhood Church, 7010 Bryrwood Dr., Aberdeen, WA. A potluck reception will follow.
