District Court II Report

The following people were fined $100 or more and/or were sentenced to jail time when they appeared in Clallam County District II Court in Forks:

Deanna Huether was fined $500 and sentenced to 90 days of jail with 80 days suspended for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

James Thompson was fined $500 and sentenced to 90 days of jail with 60 days suspended for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

William Hultenschmidt was fined $250 and sentenced to 90 days of jail with 89 days suspended for Driving With License Suspended Third Degree

Gerald Johnson was fined $250 and sentenced to 90 days of jail with 90 days suspended and community service for Special Forest Products Permit Required.

Kent Hagen was fined $250 and sentenced to 90 days of jail with 90 days suspended and community service for Special Forest Products Permit Required.
