Bogachiel Garden Club recently awarded a $500 scholarship to Forks Alternative High School senior Grace Sprague. She is planning on attending Peninsula College and earn her associate’s degree and then transferring to a four-year university to earn a bachelor’s degree in horticulture. She earned accolades in her school greenhouse project which involved growing plants and designing hanging baskets. She hopes to own a plant nursery one day.
