WEBPA meetings are held every Wednesday at 7:30 a.m. at the DNR Conference Room, 411 Tillicum Lane. New members and the public are welcome.
Elks family fun
The first Family Festival will be from 1-5 p.m., Saturday, July 26, at the Forks Elks Lodge, 941 Merchant Road. The event will be a Western Hoedown theme with 14 fun events for the whole family with games, prizes and food. Everyone is welcome.
QVSD Budget hearing
The Quillayute Valley School District No. 402 has completed its 2014-2015 budget proposal and placed it on file in the school district’s administration office. A copy will be furnished to any person who will call upon the district. The Board of Directors will fix and adopt the budget during the budget hearing at 5 p.m., Tuesday, Aug. 12, in the Forks High School Library/Media Center, 261 S. Spartan Ave. Any person may appear, at
that time, and be heard for or against any part of budget
