...STRONG WINDS POSSIBLE ACROSS PORTIONS OF WESTERN WASHINGTON
TODAY THROUGH THIS EVENING...

.A SERIES OF SMALL LOW PRESSURE SYSTEMS MOVING THROUGH THE COASTAL
WATERS AND INTO VANCOUVER ISLAND WILL BRING BRING STRONG AND
POTENTIALLY DAMAGING WINDS TO THE COAST AND NORTH INTERIOR THROUGH
THIS EVENING. TWO PERIODS OF STRONG WINDS ARE EXPECTED. THE FIRST
PERIOD OF STRONG SOUTH TO SOUTHEAST WIND IS OCCURRING NOW AND WILL
CONTINUE THROUGH THE EARLY AFTERNOON HOURS AS A FIRST LOW MOVES
WEST OF VANCOUVER ISLAND. WINDS WILL WEAKEN FOR A FEW HOURS MID
AFTERNOON THEN WILL INCREASE AGAIN LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND THIS
EVENING AS A SECOND LOW MOVES THROUGH THE COASTAL WATERS INTO
CENTRAL VANCOUVER ISLAND.

ABERDEEN...COPALIS BEACH...PACIFIC BEACH... KALALOCH AND
FORKS.

* WINDS...SUSTAINED SOUTH WINDS OF 25 TO 40 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 60
MPH.

* TIMING...AFTER A FEW HOUR RELATIVE LULL IN THE WINDS DURING THE
EARLY TO MID AFTERNOON HOURS...EXPECT STRONG SOUTH TO SOUTHWEST
WINDS TO REDEVELOP DURING THE LATE AFTERNOON HOURS AND CONTINUE
THROUGH THIS EVENING.
