He was born August 31, 1938, in Port Townsend to parents William and Neila (Alexander) Leavitt.

Funeral Services will be held Feb. 15 at noon at the Presbyterian Church in Quilcene, Burial will immediately follow at the Quilcene Cemetery. A reception will be held after.
