Third Annual Clallam Bay Comicon scheduled

The 2014 Clallam Bay Comicon will be held July 12-14, in the Clallam Bay Lion’s Club and Fire Hall, organizer Donna Barr announced this week.
An unusual schedule for this third year invites attendees to enjoy Clallam Bay/Sekiu Fun Days on Saturday, then attend the Comicon itself Sunday and Monday.
The new schedule allows many comic shops and local businesses to appear at the Comicon.
Admission still will be free to the public.
All creative arts — comics and prose books (of any genre) and poetry, magic, animation, gamers, jewelry, gallery artists, steampunk, cosplay, carving, quilts and fabric arts, musicians, dancers, basket-weaving, twig furniture, fancy fishing poles — are welcome to show and sell in the large vendor space, Barr said.
