Rio Jaime, Vice-Chairman of the Quileute Tribal Council offered the Invocation at the Memorial ceremony for Justice Susan Owens, held May 8 in Olympia. The ceremony was live streamed into the same courtroom she presided over in Forks prior to her time on the Washington State Supreme Court (2000-2024).
