SOS Program Offers Support for Local Cancer Patients

Soroptimists Oncology Support (SOS), a program of Soroptimist International of the Olympic Rain Forest, helps men and women cancer patients on the West End with transportation expenses for their treatment.

Over the past 14 years, the group has assisted more than 70 patients with gas and travel costs as they make the often-difficult trips to Sequim, Bremerton, or Seattle for care.
