Are you reaping rewards for your diligence and routine maintenance in the vegetable garden with bountiful harvests? Are you ready to continue your successes with winter gardening challenges? Or are you ready to call it quits and prepare your space for a winter’s nap?
Come share your experiences and intentions with Master Gardeners who continue combatting growing challenges year long and those who are happy to put their gardens to bed. Walk along with us as we also share other timely garden tips regarding saving and storing seeds and the multiple reasons to grow cover crops both in preparation for next year.
Meet at the Fifth Street Community Garden, located at 328 E Fifth Street, Port Angeles. Garden is just off Peabody across from City Hall where there is ample parking for the Saturday event. Walk occurs rain or shine and is free and open to the public.
