MISSING PERSON: Loren T. Ciceri

On the evening of November 18, 2025, 35-year-old Loren T. Ciceri borrowed a motorcycle from a friend, reportedly intending to travel to the Elwha River access under the Elwha River bridge off Crown Z Water Road to meet someone. His planned route included westbound West Edgewood Drive, south on Laird Road, west on Elwha River Road, and then north on Crown Z Water Road. According to the friend, Loren never arrived.

On the afternoon of November 19, 2025, the motorcycle was found abandoned off the roadway in the 1700 block of Lower Elwha Road, a short distance from his intended destination. Loren’s backpack and helmet were still with the motorcycle. Area residents reported seeing a man, believed to be Loren, working on the bike. When the owner later retrieved it, the motorcycle was found to have a mechanical issue.

Loren is described as a white male, 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing approximately 115 pounds, with brown hair, hazel eyes, and a missing upper incisor tooth. He was last seen wearing dark clothing, including black Carhartt pants, a dark jacket, and black Hardy gloves. Loren has been transient in the Port Angeles area for the past two years.

Anyone with information about Loren is asked to contact the Clallam County Sheriff’s Office at (360) 417-2459. Case number: 2026-2896.
