Deborah Dillon is Elks Citizen of the Year

Mike Leavitt, PER chose Deborah Dillon as his 2022/2023 Elks Citizen of the Year. Deborah is an RN at Forks Hospital, but her real passion is helping through The Caring Place, a nonprofit organization that offers help to young expecting families free of charge.

Clients can pick up furniture, clothing, car seats, maternity clothes, infant supplies, and other equipment. She and her co-workers offer parenting education, peer counseling, and pregnancy options. Helping around 200 people a year has had a huge impact on our little community of around 3,400 people.
