Chief Warrant Officer Ursula W. Walther (left) takes over as commanding officer of Coast Guard Station Neah Bay, Wash., during a change of command ceremony held at the station on Thursday, July 5. Walther replaced Chief Warrant Officer Robert C. Schmidt (right) and is the first female CWO to command a small boat station in the 13th Coast Guard District.
