Pickleball you ask? Well it has been said that pickleball is one of the fastest growing sports in the USA. Created in 1965 by Washington State politician Joe Pritchard of Bainbridge Island along with three of his friends, the game only requires a paddle, wiffle ball and a court.

Of course it also requires some energy by those willing to take the challenge. Nationwide tournaments are held as was a recent tournament at Tillicum Park during the Forks Old Fashioned Fourth of July celebration. The two photos shown here were taken at Tillicum Park during a recent contest.
