Date for Congregational Church Harvest Dinner Set

The Congregational Church, 280 S. Spartan Ave., will be holding its 82nd Annual Harvest Dinner on Friday, Oct. 14. As always, organizers count on the help of friends from the community to pull off this large event.

The menu is roast turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, baked salmon, a variety of salads, apple and pumpkin pie, plus a variety of drinks. The Cost is $10 for adults, $6 for seniors over 62 and children under 12.

The proceeds from this dinner help out with the cost of the nonprofit groups that meet at the church, which are many. If you can help at the dinner or want to make a contribution, you can call Pastor Warren Johnson at 374-9382 or 640-8239.
