The 4x100 team celebrates a personal best and birth to districts at the Pacific League 2B championships. Team members Emery Damron, Leslie Hernandez, Myra Luong, and Candida Sandoval make up the team. The boys 4x100 team were league champions and so were the girls 4x200 team. Nate Dahlgren was shot put league champion and Coach Pam Gale said, “I have endless kids to brag about, we will be taking 18 participants to District and at least 4 alternates .. literally both boys and girls teams will move on in all relays! Mobile home park tenants look for alternatives

Tenants of a mobile home park in Forks who will see their rents almost triple next year likely…

Shirley Lorentz, US Forest Service, describes the process of planting the two elms that will call Tillicum Park home. City of Forks crew members had prepared the area and Lorentz was assisted in planting by Matt Perry, WA - DNR. No watering was needed …it started raining just as the planting began. Two additional Elms were also planted near the Forks Elementary School.
