Free Senor Legal Advice Clinic

The Washington State Patrol is reporting a one-vehicle accident on Tuesday, Jan. 18 at about 6 p.m. at MP 178, south of Forks.
The press memo states that the vehicle (a motorhome) was northbound when the driver lost sight of the roadway and the vehicle rolled down an embankment.
WSP identified the driver as 51-year-old Shayne A. Hoskins of Puyallup, WA also in the vehicle was a passenger 50-year-old Curtis M. Rhodes of Bonney Lake. Hoskins was not injured; Rhodes was injured and transported by aid car to Forks Community Hospital.
The memo states that neither person in the motorhome was wearing a seatbelt.
The State Patrol memo also states that the driver was charged with an infraction for no seatbelt and driving without headlights.
