First responders were kept busy last Thursday morning when shortly after a log truck wreck south of town a call came in for a vehicle fire in the 1100 block of Calawah Way. PUD crews were setting up for an ongoing pole replacement project when a passerby spotted flames under the vehicle. CCFPD#1 responded and quickly knocked down the flames. The truck appeared to be a total loss.
