Dahlgren trucks led off a truck procession Saturday afternoon down Forks Avenue honoring long-time Forks resident Joel Dahlgren. They were joined by log, dump, and other types of trucks new and old from all over the area taking part in the tribute. The trucks then made their way, with the help of local Law enforcement blocking traffic, to the Dahlgren Farm on Bogachiel Way. There about 200 people gathered to pay their respects. Pastor Warren Johnson, Forks Congregational Church, officiated, and many shared stories. Joel was 92 years old and was a long-time employer of many, starting his logging business with his wife Ingrid in 1966. Photo Lonnie Archibald
