Hoh area resident Ray Fortin reported a couple camping in the area called it in. Fortin said, “Great shout out to them, if they weren’t there it could be much larger by now!” He also reported that there were 2 choppers working the fire.

It was a great weekend to celebrate as Westend Taproom Tip and Sip marked one year in business. The Forks Chamber facilitated a Ribbon Cutting ceremony on Saturday afternoon. Business owners Mike and Amy Dilley are left and right of Forks Chamber director Lissy Andros, center, as they cut the ribbon. Tip and Sip staff and Chamber staff helped hold the ribbon. Live music and fun followed through the evening.
