The award winning Forks Chamber Logging and Mill tour will be wrapping up the summer season with the last tour happening on Wednesday, Aug. 27. Here tour guide Jim Strong, far right, explains logging activities to a group from Pennsylvania. Strong and Randy Mesenbrink have taken turns giving tours this summer. Those on the tour go to an active logging site and also visit local mill activities. The tour takes about three hours, and leaves from the Visitor Center Wednesday, at 9 a.m. Space is limited.
