So hopefully this front page photo will help …also Frank’s wonderful entry did not win any type of acknowledgment from the parade judges. He may have arrived after they were done? …judging is not easy ..lots of walking and trying to get done before the parade gets underway. A few more volunteers at the parade lineup would help. A meeting for those interested in helping with the parade and other 4th-related activities will be held on Thursday, August 8 at city hall at 7 p.m.
