This is the result of a two-vehicle accident near the junction of Salmon Drive and Highway 101 north of Forks which took place at approximately 4 p.m. Friday, December 8. The 24-year-old male driver of this vehicle who was ejected onto the pavement was transported to the Forks Community Hospital by Forks medics. Rumors are that he was air lifted to Seattle. A truck and trailer were also involved. Also responding to the scene was the WSP, Clallam County Sherriff, and the District 1 Fire Dept. from Forks and Beaver.
