All About Ravelry.com at the Forks Branch Library

The Forks Branch Library of the North Olympic Library System will present All About Ravelry.com on Saturday, Nov. 3 at 1 p.m.

Ravelry.com is a place for knitters, crocheters, designers, spinners, weavers, and dyers to keep track of their yarn, tools, projects, and pattern information, and look to others for ideas and inspiration. On Ravelry.com you can keep notes about projects, see what other people are making, find patterns to use, and connect with people from all over the world who share the same hobby.

Local fiber guru Jessica Mishler will demonstrate how to utilize all of the resources offered on Ravelry.com. Do you every wonder what to do with that great yarn find? Do you want to know if you can substitute yarn on the pattern you are making? Are you looking for that perfect pattern? Would you like to get free patterns? Jessica will help you navigate the website and show you how to find all the answers you need and more.
