The Third Annual Kids Free Fishing Day is being co-hosted by the Makah National Fish Hatchery and Makah Fisheries Management on Saturday, June 9 from        9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Makah National Fish Hatchery, 897 Hatchery Road in Neah Bay.

The hatchery is located eight miles past the town of Neah Bay. Drive through town toward the ocean beaches, follow signs to the National Fish Hatchery.

There is no admission fee, kids 14 and under are invited to fish for free. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please leave your personal fishing gear at home – fishing gear for the event will be provided by the hatchery. One fish per turn limit, but kids can take more than one turn. Refreshments and other activities will also be provided.
