Concerned Citizens is doing some exciting things! With the opening of their Family Fun Center to Forks residents who want a venue for Crafts and Events. These events must be for the community at large, up to 2 hours long, and free except for a small supplies charge.

“If you are doing it for Free, so will we.” If not, there is a rental fee for events you are charging for and parties and meetings. The two-hour rental fee is $80 with one additional hour for set up and clean up time, $30 for every hour after two, and a $75 refundable deposit.

Concerned Citizens will be doing two free events a month themselves. The Ice Cream Social, every 4th Friday of the month from 12:30 to 2 p.m. with lots of flavors and toppings and another event. To Be Announced on Facebook.

The event in April was for drum making and beading and March was a Spring Fling arts and crafts day, 47 people attended. There is also a kid’s dance class on Sunday from 2:45 – 3:30 p.m. and an adult class from 3:45-4:45 p.m. with Heather Sky, $10 per class.
