The Accident Memo states that a 2003 Honda Odyssey, driven by 46-year-old Marie A. Dionne of Forks, failed to stop at the stop sign where the “A” Road enters Highway 101. The Dionne vehicle traveled onto Hwy 101 striking a 2002 Jeep being driven by Trent H. Chase, age 18, of Beaver.
