35th Annual Co-ed Tournament

The West End Co-Ed Softball Tournament was held on Aug. 28-29 at Tillicum Park in Forks with 12 Co-Ed teams participating.

The Lincoln Street Coffee Pot team from Port Angeles won the championship with Team Camille of Port Angeles placing second. Mossquatch of Forks and the Hanger of Port Angeles tied for third.

The Sandbagger playoffs was a real battle going nine innings with Slung Down of Port Angeles getting the one run over Team Gramps of Forks. Team Gramps was awarded the Sportsmanship award.

NADS runner Mike Estrada was out on a close call at second base as Hit For Brains second baseman Travis Weitz made the tag.
