Happy Retirement Forks Post Master Laura Huling

Not only did Laura Huling turn 60 years old on Oct. 17, but she is also retiring from the Forks Post Office on Oct. 28.

Laura started as a rural carrier in Forks in 1995. In 1997 she went to Clallam Bay as a clerk; 2001 – She came back to Forks as a clerk; 2007 – She went to Beaver as the Officer in Charge; 2008 – She went to La Push as a Post Master; 2010 – She came back to Forks as an Officer in Charge; 2012 – she was awarded the position of Post Master in Forks.

Laura has a total of 27 years with the USPS.

“We will miss her dearly, but wish her all the best in this new phase of her life,” From all her little worker bees!
