Amara Fox is an 8th-grade artist who is tackling projects beyond expectations. With her interest in history, Amara has created a rendition of Catherine de’ Medici, the most powerful woman in sixteenth-century Europe.

Amara’s art piece is mixed media on canvas, using acrylic paint, cotton, and hot melt adhesive. This semester project also requires an essay, which Amara has beautifully written; invoking a fresh hunger for history. With the amazing support of her mother, Kelsey Fox, this young artist will be surprising the community with her vision and talent. We are excited to see what interests and projects Amara will be pouring herself into next. Excellent work Amara!
