Renovations Are Ongoing At First Baptist Forks

Church congregations are responsible to maintain the facilities previous members have provided. At First Baptist Forks, we are doing our best to sustain and improve our buildings and grounds. Over the last year:

— The Fellowship Hall has been repainted and “sound softening” panels have been placed on the walls.

— Our parking lot has been resurfaced and restriped.

— The Worship Center has been completely refurbished, including new lighting, paint and carpeting. The pews have been recovered and new heat pumps have been installed.

— A large outside area adjacent to the parking lot has been fenced, primarily to keep our young people safe as they frolic after services.

More renovations and improvements are planned, but the point is we want to have a well-kept facility to facilitate worship and to be good neighbors to our friends here in Forks. By the way, visitors are always welcome at 10:30 am and 6:00 pm on Sundays.”
