Request for Questions for Primary Candidate Forums

Published 1:30 am Thursday, June 11, 2026

The League of Women Voters of Clallam County (LWVCLA), in partnership with the North Olympic Library System (NOLS), encourages all citizens living in Clallam County to submit questions for the upcoming June and July candidate forums.

Three candidate forums in advance of the August 4th primary election will take place, via Zoom, allowing people from across the county a chance to see and hear the candidates. Concise, unbiased questions directly related to the job, its policies, and the leadership skills required will be given priority. Similar questions will be combined. LWVCLA strives to ensure that questions reflect a wide range of concerns from the county and questions are never released to any candidates in advance of the forums. Please submit your questions via email to info@lwvcla.org, preferably at least five days before each forum.
