Blooming tulips

PORT ANGELES — Tulips come into bloom in planters at the Esplanade along Railroad Avenue on Saturday, April 18, 2020, on the Port Angeles waterfront.
The planters are part of Billie Loos’ Garden, named for a long-time member of the Port Angeles Garden Club, which maintains the arrangements.
