Macy takes her academics seriously, strives to do her best, and comes to class with a positive attitude and a willingness to work hard. One teacher said, “Macy is a wonderful student and friend to all. She is dedicated to her studies and always turns in quality work. She is usually pretty quiet, but has a great sense of humor when you get to know her.” Another teacher agreed; she said “Macy has the kindest heart and a quiet presence that people respect and respond to. She is proof that not all leaders lead with their voice. She is a student who reminds teachers why they got into teaching.”

Nate is a most kind, quiet and stoic student with a warm smile and friendly demeanor. One teacher said, “He is an exceptional student who comes to class with a serious work ethic and always goes beyond expectations.” Another teacher said, “Nate exemplifies what it means to be a student of the month. She is a kind, helpful, and regimented student with an unparalleled work ethic. Her Math teacher reports that she has completed 100% of her homework. Another teacher said, “Amya is a quiet, conscientious, outstanding student. She models exceptional citizenship and academics. She always completes work after an absence for sports, pays close attention in class, and asks for help when she needs it.” Another teacher said, “Amya is a great friend to her seatmate, her classmates, and all staff. She has such a trustworthy, honest presence that makes our school a better place.”
