With Forks’ head basketball coach looking on, the Spartans go through drills in preparation for the upcoming season. The Forks JV’s are scheduled to travel to Clallam Bay for a 5:45 game on Monday, Dec l. Forks will travel to Coupeville for a game on Thursday, Dec. 4, then return home for a game with Hoquiam scheduled for Monday, Dec. 8. Schedules are subject to change.

Clallam County Fair Royalty announces six candidates running for fair royalty for the 2026 year. The royalty coronation that will determine the court is set for Saturday, Jan. 31 at 1 p.m. p.m. at the Home Arts Building at the Clallam County Fairgrounds. Coronation is free and open to the public. Fair royalty candidates are high school students from Clallam County. The 2026 theme is Stars, Stripes and County Fair Nights.
